Called Aaron at 20.00 on a Saturday as my Discovery decided to lock it’s self with keys inside, ( my own fault but it never happened before in 3 years working there) , booked him Sunday as the entry restrictions of the location of car was in secure port. He suggested 08.00 which was perfect for me too!
He arrived, and was really professional, obviously likes locksmithing. Great to deal with, and I was so happy to get back into my car so I could travel back to Dorset.

Excellent service. Both our car keys stopped working (tried changing the batteries multiple times with no luck) and Aaron came out to sort it quickly. Very friendly and much cheaper than Timpsons would have been.

Couldn’t believe how fast he arrived — genuinely came out to me so quickly that I barely had time to panic. I called Locks on Sea Locksmiths expecting to be stuck for ages, but he was at my door within 20 minutes, calm, friendly, and ready to sort everything out.

From start to finish, the service was honestly faultless. He got my door open with absolutely no damage, which I was so relieved about. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing — proper professional, efficient, and clearly experienced.

The price was great, especially considering how fast and smooth the whole thing was. No messing around, no hidden charges, just solid, honest work. And on top of that, he was genuinely a good guy to deal with — polite, easy to talk to, and even smelt nice too 😂 Little things like that actually make the experience so much better when you’re stressed out.

Honestly, he was a saviour in a moment when I really needed someone reliable. If you ever end up locked out or in any kind of locksmith situation, I’d recommend Locks on Sea Locksmiths without hesitation. Top-tier service from a top-tier guy.

Aaron was an absolute star got to us in quick time about 20-30mins from when we called and had the lock sorted and us back in our flat in minutes of him arrivign and looking at the lock,would highly recommend his services,also very amicable and friendly customer service will definitely use again in future if have any lock problems

I was very impressed with the service I received from locks on sea. Aaron came to look at my windows that had been stuck fast for several years - he measured up and quoted for me the same day. As soon as the parts that he needed were in he came and fixed my windows, it’s so nice to be able to open them again especially now the weather is so hot. Thanks locks on sea 👍🏻

Needed a couple of new keys cutting, called locks on sea and they was able to come to my address within the hour to cut a new set all done on the van no need to go to a shop great service would recommend A*
